Practitioner space to rent in an established Wellbeing hub in an excellent central location in Mount Albert. Easy to reach by car or public transport.

Friendly team with two team members already on site.

Suitable scopes of practice: counsellor, psychologist, social worker, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, massage therapist, other medical practitioner.

Two rooms available, both fully furnished.

Good size waiting area, kitchen, internet, bathroom, heat pump/air conditioning all included.

Room 2 currently has a massage table that can be folded or removed if not needed.

Available: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm

Cost:

• $85 per day
• $290 per week (equivalent of $41.50 per day)
• Tailored packages and discounts available for longer commitments
• Prices do not include GST
