“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.”
Carl Jung
I offer a compassionate, spiritually grounded, and culturally responsive approach to psychotherapy.
My work is based on the understanding that healing is not only psychological. It is also relational, cultural, embodied, and spiritual. We are shaped by our past, our whānau, our whakapapa, our relationships, our wounds, and the deeper questions that live quietly within us.
Therapy can be a place to listen more deeply to your inner world. A place to understand the patterns, pain, and protective parts that have shaped your life. A place to reconnect with your mauri, your life energy, your sense of meaning, and the wisdom that may have been buried beneath survival.
My practice draws from Indigenous wisdom, Western therapeutic knowledge, trauma-informed practice, and spiritual reflection. I work with the whole person: mind, body, spirit, culture, identity, relationships, and community.
I have a particular interest in supporting people with:
This work is not about fixing what is broken. It is about gently turning toward what has been wounded, forgotten, silenced, or exiled. It is about making space for healing, integration, and a more honest relationship with yourself, others, and life itself.
Whether you are carrying old pain, facing present challenges, or longing for a deeper sense of belonging and direction, I offer a safe, respectful, and affirming space to walk with you.
I welcome people from all walks of life. My intention is to offer therapy where you can feel seen, heard, spiritually held, and deeply respected.
