Mountain Pathway Counselling offers private, self-referred counselling for individuals seeking support through life’s challenges.
Services are provided to children, young people, and adults experiencing challenges in areas such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and ADHD.
Mountain Pathway Counselling offers a grounded, respectful space where you can slow down, be heard, and explore what matters to you, free from pressure or judgement.
Practice is informed by evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and person-centred counselling.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply needing space to talk, you don’t have to walk the path alone.
