I was born and raised in Singapore, a country containing diverse and distinct ethnic groups, cultures, and faiths. My journey as a mental health practitioner brought me to New Zealand, and I eventually found Auckland to be the second place I call home. I believe in meeting you where you are at, no matter the background or history you have. Meaningful change begins with small steps, and no one needs to face life’s challenges alone.
I specialize in working with individual adults, children, and young people. I provide a safe space, supporting individuals in areas such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family difficulties, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and grief.
I adopt an eclectic, broad approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT). With each person bringing their own unique set of concerns and experiences, having a tailored approach is what I find allows for the best support. Most importantly, I believe in journeying alongside you as you navigate your life in the direction that best reflects your values and goals.
