I’m a counsellor who values real, human connection and creating a space where people can feel understood without judgement. I aim to work in a way that is practical, collaborative, and attuned to what matters most to you.
My work is guided by positive psychology, which focuses on strengths, meaning, and the things that help us build resilience.
I have a special interest in sleep health and am a certified practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi).
I’m Pākehā with whakapapa Māori (Tūwharetoa, Waikato-Tainui). My practice is neuro-affirming and inclusive, and I have training and experience supporting neurodivergent clients.
I see clients in person in Napier, and online throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
