Overview

People living with chronic illness experience a series of often invisible and compounding losses that affect identity, relationships and daily life. While hope for recovery may remain, this may or may not be found, and in addition, the reality of ongoing symptoms can bring uncertainty and emotional distress.

This webinar explores how counselling can provide meaningful support by embracing presence, humility and a willingness to ‘not know’. We will examine how to build collaborative, compassionate relationships that help clients make sense of who they are amid disruption and ongoing change
