With an extensive background in mental health and addictions, and years of experience walking alongside people in their most vulnerable seasons, I’m deeply committed to helping you create healthy, sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by a holistic lens – weaving together Mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), nervous system education, and lifestyle behaviours to support the whole person.
