One of five offices set in the upstairs of the main street, three of the offices are currently vacant so it is very private and quiet.

Set up for 1:1 arts therapy sessions, the room has a large table with three chairs, as well as a desk/chair set up for computer use / note taking.  There is a heat pump and windows that open onto a quiet back street which features a mural wall.

The street-level door is locked and clients can access the building through use of a passcode, then come and wait upstairs.

The shared kitchenette has a hot water cylinder and small fridge.  There is a single chair in the waiting space, and male/female bathrooms.

Tawa is a great location to be based, it’s not too far from Wellington CBD and also Porirua/Kapiti, and has a lovely relaxed suburban feel.  I have clients coming from within Tawa, Porirua/Kapiti and Wellington.

Available: to sublease on Thursdays, Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Cost:

• $60/day (8 hours)
• includes power, wifi, and the use of a private carpark at the rear of the building.
